The foundation has not and never will solicit donations. All (unsolicited) gifts received have been dispersed to existing charitable organizations in accordance with Section 507(b)(1)(A).  Why start a foundation then terminate it right away? Not an exhaustive list:  Too much work, the pandemic, easier to support existing charities directly, etc..  However, a gallery of memories is in the idea stage and that might remain on here beyond the need for public disclosure of documents.
